UnderShare Inc. is a volunteer-based 501(c)3 charity dedicated to providing new undergarments and toiletries to those in need. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Please see our volunteer page if you’re interested in lending a helping hand!  
 
In the past few years, UnderShare Inc. has successfully raised substantial proceeds through UnderDressed (a fashion show benefit), yard sales (including a rummage sale held by the Set Decorators Society of America), the Manhattan Beach Summer Soiree, the Gilroy Ladies Investment Club annual luncheon, and collection drives. In the past 10 years, Undershare has generated quite a following and encouraged great support. Getting involved is easy, and, most importantly, can really impact lives. As our founder discovered, it's amazing how little needs to be done to show another human being that they matter. Visit the volunteer pages to find out ways you can become more involved!

A live auction of dates with sexy, fun, smart, witty, sexy Bachelors and Bachelorettes was held at the The Knitting Factory in Hollywood! We had a fireman, a surfer, a theater critic, a lawyer, a model, and many more wonderful hot singles! Not only were they gorgeous and fun company, they're going to take winning bidders on a surf lesson, on a helicopter tour over the Pacific Coastline, to the museum, to dinner, to a live cabaret, to the Magic Castle, to movies and to hot night clubs for dancing.
