Hollywood, California (August 15, 2001)- Undershare announces the date for its first annual benefit fashion show, "Underdressed." With hopes of raising $1,000,000 for the charity, the fundraiser has been rescheduled for February 9, 2002 at The Fortress House in Hollywood. The $250 per ticket event is by invitation only and features a live fashion show. Professional models and celebrities will model undergarments designed by local and national designers. Guests from the fashion and entertainment industries are expected to be amongst the approximately 200 guests.

Previous Undershare events include the Holiday event silent auction, which was sponsored by the VIC Internet networking group. The items up for bid were comprised of entertainment industry paraphernalia donated to the charity by celebrities such as Illeana Douglas, Jon Favreau, Heather Graham, Samuel L. Jackson, Lisa Kudrow, Jason London, Ewan McGregor, Christian Slater, Kevin Spacey, and Keifer Sutherland.

Undershare Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit charitable organization that donates new underwear, socks, bras, toiletries, and diapers to the homeless. Many shelters spend their funds on day to day maintenance and cannot afford to supply these items to those in need. The Los Angeles based non-profit is composed entirely of unpaid volunteers, mostly between the ages of 12 and 28. All donation made to the organization are tax-deductible to the fullest extend of the law.
